Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TimeTracker, operated by Hundcode. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use TimeTracker. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use TimeTracker for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Upload malicious code, spam, or content that infringes third-party rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service

Your content

You retain ownership of the data you submit to TimeTracker, including time entries, project details, and client information. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the service.

Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed in accordance with the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@hundcode.com for billing enquiries.

Service availability

We strive to keep TimeTracker available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Disclaimer of warranties

TimeTracker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hundcode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, though provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
